Booking Terms & Conditions

By confirming your reservation, you accept the following conditions:

Types of Reservations

MENORCAHOST offers two types of reservations: Instant Confirmation Reservation and "On Request" Reservation.

Instant Confirmation Reservation

• Once you complete your reservation, you will receive an immediate confirmation by email.

• The specific cancellation conditions for each tourist establishment will be available alongside the information about the reserved accommodation.

• The available payment methods are:

  BANK TRANSFER

  • Once your reservation is formalized, you will receive an email with the bank account details to make the prepayment for the reservation and the cancellation conditions corresponding to the selected accommodation.

  CREDIT CARD We offer two options for credit card payment:

  1. Full Payment
     • You can make the full payment for the reservation at the time of booking. In case of cancellation before the period specified in the accommodation's conditions, MENORCAHOST will refund the amount paid.
  2. Deposit
     • A deposit of €40 will be charged at the time of booking as a guarantee. The remaining payment will be made three days before the start date of the cancellation fees specified by the accommodation.
     • We will send you email reminders 7 days and 2 days before the payment date.
     • In case of cancellation before the cancellation fee period, MENORCAHOST will refund the payment to the same card used for the reservation.

"On Request" Reservation

• You will receive an email informing you that the reservation is pending confirmation from the accommodation provider.
• MENORCAHOST will contact the provider directly to verify availability.
• We will confirm by email whether your reservation request has been accepted or rejected.
• In case of confirmation, we will provide you with the payment details and the reservation conditions.
